Making my Miles Matter: Running the Dallas Marathon for Youth Mental Health
The youth mental health crisis is one of the nation's most pressing public health issues. That's why this December I'm supporting Active Minds & Peer Health Exchange to create more mental health support. Learn more about these two impactful organizations and make a difference today.
Lasting change can only happen when we prioritize mental health.

Active Minds is the largest nonprofit in the United States mobilizing youth and young adults to transform mental health norms across society. As Angela runs the Dallas Marathon, support her in equipping youth and young adults with the resources, training, and skills they need to advocate for lasting mental health change.

Peer Health Exchange is a national nonprofit that partners with young people to help them make informed, healthy decisions. As Angela takes on the Dallas Marathon, you can support her and help give more young people access to the resources, education, and peer support they need to take control of their health and their futures.

A.S.K. — Acknowledge, Support, Keep-in-Touch
The new “stop, drop, and roll” of supporting a friend. Not knowing how to have a conversation with someone going through a hard time may keep the conversation from happening at all. Share this interactive experience with a young adult in your life to help them navigate through the best way to help a friend.
